Guys and Dolls
Sad news from John Colet School It is with great sadness that I inform you that Ollie Gardiner died yesterday afternoon at home. Ollie will be greatly missed and his struggle against cancer has touched everyone at John Colet. Ollie was an incredibly brave student, who always looked to the positive and loved coming to school, mixing with his many friends and learning in lessons. We will fondly remember Ollie’s smile, determination and enthusiasm and he will be missed by everyone within the John Colet Community. I am sure that you have followed Ollie’s fight against this terrible disease and admired his resolve. Ollie’s death has affected our students deeply as they have supported him and have been inspired by his strength, and as a community we have all pulled together to raise money to support his treatment. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends at this tragic time. Yours sincerely Miss Sarah Palmer Acting Headteacher
